CHARACTERISTICS A very elegant wine, with a color bright ruby, with a great potential of aging

TERROIR

Area: 10 hectares

Grapes: 60% cabernet sauvignon, 40% merlot

Middle age of the Vineyards: 35 years

Vinification: in wood tubs

Maturation: 16 months

Combinings Meat: roast of steer, lamb or meat of pig

Cheese: parmesan cheese.

Sweets: strawberries in sauce of wine, cake to the chocolate and all the desserts with base chocolate.
